About me: I work with adults and adolescents while specializing within the scope of trauma. I have training and experience working with folks who have experienced or witnessed both Domestic and Sexual Violence. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind-Body Bridging, Treatment of Trauma, and Suicide Prevention. My passion lies in helping people heal and reach their goals through the therapeutic process.

Healing isn’t linear, and it’s important we find what fits best for you while working together and building trust.
