Hailey Coleman, LCSW (she/they)

About me: My goal as a therapist is to foster a safe, respectful, collaborative and compassionate environment where we can partner in exploring and harnessing your strengths in order to meet your goals. I am passionate and experienced in supporting folks dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, body image/self esteem, and suicidal ideation.

The types of treatment I often draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (including mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Self-Compassion Therapy. I value approaching therapy from a strengths-based, humanistic, person-centered and anti-oppressive framework.

While my ideal client is anyone who is ready to show up and engage in the work of healing, some of the specific populations I have frequently worked with include individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+.
